from them will include a bunch of diagnostic info that you can use to help get an idea about the problem.
This includes:

Instalare
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/wpdashsupportdirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activează modulul în ecranul „Module” din WordPress
