FATAL ERROR – PLEASE HELP ME

I just updated plugins to a wordpress blog and after updating cache plugin (w3-total-cache) i can not longer access the admin site. I mention that I tried to delete the plugin file on server and that has no effect.
I already put the entire folder permissions 777 w3-total-cache (all files and folders in the plugin structure) and has no effect and then back to 755 permissions as was standard and no effect.

Please help me with advice in remedying the problem. Below I will attach the message that appears when I try to access the admin:
