Error !! Please Help !!

I just installed word press on my server and when i access wp-admin/install.php file….
This show up: Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/neuronii/public_html/wp-config.php:1) in /home/neuronii/public_html/wp-admin/install.php on line 36

what can i do?
