  • Save entries in a database table for easy event management.
  • Attendees can unregister (cancel registration) using a link sent in an email.

Întrebări frecvente

Can I limit the number of registrations for an event?

Yes. You can set up the maximum number of registrants on the „Form” tab or set this for each event individually.

Can I add more fields to the form?

Yes. There is a button to add custom text input fields on the „Form” tab.

How do I disable registrations for a specific event?

By default, registrations are enabled for every event. You can disable registrations for a specific event by checking the appropriate box on the „Edit Event” page or on the „Registrations” tab „Overview” page. You can also disable registrations by default by checking the checkbox on the „Form” tab.

Can I set a deadline for when registrations are accepted?

You can configure an offset for how long registrations will be available relative to the event start time or set a specific deadline for each event.

Can I edit registrations and export them for an event?

Yes. Click on the button „Detailed View” for the event in which you’d like to edit or export registrations for.

Can I display a list of event attendees on the front-end?

Yes. There is an option on the „Form” tab to display a list of attendees above the registration form. A guest’s first and last name will only appear after you have had a chance to review it in the backend of the site.

Can I display the registration form on another page or post?

Yes. You would need to use the post ID for that event in the shortcode. Example: [rtec-registration-form event=743]

The form is not hidden initially. Why is that?

It’s likely that you have a javascript error somewhere on that page. Try disabling other plugins or switching themes to see if this corrects the issue.

Is this plugin compatible with WordPress multisite?

The plugin is not yet fully compatible with a WordPress multisite installation. It will be soon! Please contact us if you are interested in using the plugin with multisite.

What do I do if I have a request or need help?

Go to the „Support” tab on the plugin’s settings page and follow the link to our support page, setup instructions page, or feature request page.

I have a home party business and needed a solution to allow my hosts to invite their own guests yet be able to manage the event content and registration process myself. Some others in my business use Facebook events but this requires a friend relationship between me and host...something that's not desirable for either the host or me. I found the Events Calendar app first and saw the possibilities. I then purchased the Pro Registrations Upgrade for additional functionality. Documentation is solid. Set up and implementation was seamless. I had a couple of tweaks in my implementation (primarily using event shortcodes on WP pages) so I reached out to support. Each time the response was less than 24 hours, accurate and with an easy fix that worked as intended. I highly recommend this plugin if you're looking for a way to manage single events or a list of events on your website. Especially if you have an unusual use case.

I was using the free version for a while and upgraded then to the pro Version. I was a bit sceptical if it is worth its money, because I'm not using all features. But I must say the support throught Craig is amazing. It is very fast (within a few minutes to hours) and very helpful. Thanks so much. Great Job.

I downloaded the free version of this to see if it looked like it would work and I quickly discovered that this plugin was very well made. I needed some of the pro features so I bought the pro version but found that I had kind of a strange scenario that I was trying to do and the plugin didn't quite work. I contacted support and they quickly got back to me and had written a patch that I could install to accomplish what I needed in less than 24 hours. Superior support from Craig at Roundup WP. I would not hesitate to purchase anything from Roundup WP. It's well made and the support is top notch. Thanks, Craig!

This plugin saved my bacon - it allowed me to pull and export many more fields than is native with the Event Calendar. Saved me and my team so much time and effort! AND, when we let Craig know that it was an onerous chore to export or email registrants 55 people at a time (our events regularly attract 200-300 registrants three times a week), Craig quickly developed an extension allowing us to view/export/email 600 registrants in one fell swoop! Great plugin, great guy. Thanks!! - NN

Excatly what I was looking for! Awesome support from Craig! 🙂 Love it.

This pugin is easy to use, easy to customize and looks perfect. Exactly what I needed. Unfortunately there are some Error-Messages (e.g. Please enter the email you registered with.) you can't costumize.
