Instalare
Upload the browser-address-bar-color-changer folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
A notice will appear at the top of your screen with a link to the settings page of browser address bar color changer plugin. Or, you can go to Settings > Browser Address Bar Color in your WordPress admin dashboard.
