Go to **Plugins Add New** and search for „Aidevelopia” 2. Click **Install Now**, then **Activate** 3. Go to **Settings Aidevelopia** 4. Paste your API key — you will find it in your Aidevelopia dashboard under **Channels Website Embed** 5. Click Save. You will see a ✓ verified confirmation if the key is good 6. You get an escalation notification by email, and with Live Handoff you can take over the conversation in real time from your dashboard, with the full prior transcript visible. ### Can I see what people are asking? Yes. Every conversation is logged with a full transcript. The dashboard shows conversation volume, escalation rate, thumbs up/down ratings on individual answers, and which pages conversations start on. ### Does it support languages other than English? The agent answers in the language the visitor writes in, and answers from your content regardless of the language it is written in. Nothing about your WordPress installation or your logged-in users.
